The Center for Autism is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1955 by renowned child psychiatrist Dr. Bertram A. Ruttenberg, and is the oldest autism treatment center in the country. As a leading provider of services in the Philadelphia region today, the Center knows that each person with autism is unique and tailors its programs to the needs of each person and family. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families.
