The Cedars-Sinai Virtual Medicine Program is a world leader in pioneering the science and implementation of Medical Extended Reality (MXR) to improve the lives of patients through cost-effective and scalable technologies. Founded in 2015, Cedars-Sinai Virtual Medicine is a multidisciplinary program dedicated to harnessing the power of MXR technologies, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and mixed reality (MR), to develop and test innovative virtual therapeutics. Our program consists of three components: (1) A federally funded research and development program; (2) comprehensive education and training program; and (3) MXR clinical care program.
