With more than 30 years experience as a licensed cosmologist, certified image consultant and Biblical life-coach, Catrina is well aware that Confidence Conflicts are far more difficult for some of us than they are for others. After her first husband left her while pregnant, she learned firsthand that the greatest antidote to Image Issues is to know who you are, including your authentic style. She developed a fun, systematic way of unveiling your personal Image Identity (or Img.ID) in a group setting. She calls these image assessment events a “Supreme MakeOver.”Catrina is the author of six books, including “Confident Beauty: Reflecting the One Who Made You, with the Images in your Mirror and in your Soul” and Know Who You Are - for Kids!Catrina and Ron, her husband of twenty-eight years, live on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
