In my work as a couples and family therapist for 25 years, I have found that Relational Life Therapy has deepened my work to help others bring their best selves to their relationships. I love bringing that depth to teaching others. The Relationship Bootcamp offers a way, outside of a therapy context, for couples and individuals to learn essential skills for sustaining loving, respectful, and intimate relationships.I’m the Owner and Clinical Director of a thriving group therapy practice, Starobin Counseling, LLC, and I present on intimacy in relationships. I’m certified in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and in teaching Relationship Bootcamps through the Relational Life Institute. I’m also an RLT Trainer at the Institute teaching students who are working towards their certification.
