Capitol County Children's Collaborative, CCCC for short, supports youth and families in Mercer County by focusing on 3 key principles: Engage, Educate, Empower. The Community Resource & Development team hosts events in collaboration with Community-Partners throughout the year in an effort to engage with as many families as possible, to provide the best, high quality resources and supports to meet families' unique needs and ultimately empower families to shift from surviving to thriving.
