Canine Adoption and Rescue League (C.A.R.L.) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill dog rescue that has been a lifeline for Ventura County’s dogs since 1996. Celebrating 30 years of rescue, we provide medical care, sanctuary, and second chances for hundreds of dogs each year. Our events, like the annual Pooch Parade, bring the community together to celebrate the bond between humans and hounds while raising vital funds to ensure no dog is left behind.
