Candelario HR Consulting was founded in 2022 to provide affordable HR consulting services for non-profit and for-profit organizations. Mr. Roberto Candelario is the owner and consultant for Candelario HR Consulting. Retired Army veteran with over 20 years of experience in training, audits (Inspections), and evaluations. Mr. Candelario graduated from a senior leadership course and Army instructor course and developed leaders at different levels during his military career. During his military career, Mr. Candelario has conducted over 100 classroom environment training and consulting for private businesses. He graduated with a Masters's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Park University, SHRM-CP(Society for Human Resources Manager -Certified Professional ), and is SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) Certified.
