California Women in Design + Construction™ (CWDC) is an organization of professional women in the design and construction industry that hosts forums to discuss relevant educational topics and to provide networking opportunities. CWDC founder Lisa Dal Gallo and new co-leader Heather Rizza collaborate with women executives, and the broader industry to develop programs that further women's success in the design and construction industry and to raise funds for non-profit organizations encouraging STEM for young women.
