Project BLACC Farm is a non-profit agricultural initiative of C5 (Concerned Citizens of Charles City County). Our goal is to build community sustainability through resiliency in agriculture. Located just 30 minutes from RVA, Project BLACC farm serves as a catalyst for residents to access fresh, healthy produce.
