Brooklyn Center for Quality Life (BCQL), a faith-based organization was established as a community outreach entity committed to the purpose of serving and developing the largely low-income residents of the Flatbush area of Brooklyn. Our mission is to empower the residents of the Flatbush community to experience enhancement in their quality of life through the provision of social support services that improve overall health and wellbeing of the individuals in the community. Our organization seeks to provide services that improve the health, nutrition and wellness of our disadvantaged low-income community.
