Hello and welcome! I'm a Holistic Health Practitioner, Spiritual Counselor, Medium and Empathic Intuitive. I'm a Usui Reiki Master Teacher offering individual sessions and certification courses for level one thru master level in Usui Reiki. I also co-host Reiki shares for the community of Wilmington, NC, and surrounding areas to increase awareness of the modality and to spread the loving healing energies throughout the community. By using life force energy (chi) through non-invasive touch, Reiki influences the body's energy centers to flow more efficiently. If stuck energy remains in the body's emotional or mental layers, physical symptoms manifest and will eventually cause dis-ease. Reiki aids in uncovering the core root of undesirable issues, increases self-awareness, relieves anxiety and depression, induces relaxation, reduces pain and rehabilitation time after surgery, along with many more benefits. I began my healing journey with Reiki in 2008 and was certified in 2018 as RMT when I felt I was ready to share it with others. Then in 2021 I became certified as a Spiritual Counselor and Medium by Delphi University of Spiritual Studies. My purpose is to help others live their best life by creating the space for them to tap into and connect with their true limitless potential. I will be hosting several events that encourage others to reconnect with their own inner guidance system. All of the answers we seek are already within us and we all must start strengthening and trusting our intuition. Hosting events that explore creativity, astrology, spirituality, and energetics are ways I will use to facilitate the goal of assisting others on their path of awakening.
