Follow Bristol Print CollectiveBristol Print Collective deliver printmaking workshops in pop-up venues across galleries, festivals, and community spaces, as well as from our central Bristol studio at Centrespace Studios. Our aim is to keep the traditions of printmaking alive by offering accessible and engaging workshops for all members of society.Bristol Print Collective was founded by artists Jemma Gunning and Victoria Willmott, who met in 2015 while studying an MA in Multi-disciplinary Printmaking at the University of the West of England, Bristol. We discovered a shared interest in DIY and lo-tech printmaking processes and began developing creative, transportable workshop models that don’t rely on large equipment. Our workshops demonstrate how printmaking can be enjoyed both inside and outside of a traditional studio—whether in a gallery, field, or now, from our own dedicated space in central Bristol. We cater to all ages and abilities, encouraging adults with no artistic background to explore their creativity while learning new skills. At the same time, we aim to inspire younger generations and likeminded artists to pick up an apron, get inky, and experience the rich, tactile world of printmaking.
