About Bridget O’Connor, CHT

My goal with these online events is to share some of the simple, powerful tools and techniques I’ve learned over the years to help people connect in to the inner resources of their amazing body and mind, tapping into greater function, engagement, and a sense of wholeness and wellbeing. Many of the techniques I use most often with clients help interrupt patterns and cycles of anxiety and stress by accessing their body/mind connection and regulating their nervous system. (Remember, “regulated” doesn’t only mean calm or “Zen”. It means you have access to your full range and can respond in ways that are appropriate, helpful, and supportive to whatever you’re navigating now.) These online sessions feature some of my go-to techniques that I share with my clients and use in my own life. I hope you’ll join me!
