It is her goal to build upon your self-worth and self-value so you can achieve desired goals and live a life filled with joy and ease. Breathwork found Tiffany in January of 2021. After living through the pandemic with her family of 5, her incessant thoughts about the uncertainty of daily life, and even worse, her attempts to control daily life, led Tiffany into a mental tornado. Her thoughts spiraled and grew uncontrollably. She felt like she was home, spending so much time with her family, but yet, not receiving the joy out of the family moments. As if her mental state was not good enough, Tiffany's physical state began to decline. Tiffany suffered from weekly migraines not knowing when or why they were hitting. The Breathworker in her knows why now. ;) After experiencing her first Breathwork session, Tiffany was immediately hooked. She felt calm, clear-minded, and had a sense of hope back. Tiffany continued more Breathwork sessions, she began letting go of controlling thoughts and actions. Tiffany invited ease into her life by learning to trust the experiences that came her way. Most importantly, through the self-forgiveness process, Tiffany cut the anchor tying her to shame and blame and started seeing herself as God sees her! Tiffany knows that your Breathwork journey can be just as powerful as hers. We all experience hurt, sadness, grief, stress and trauma throughout our lives. Let's stop moving through these experiences like nothing happened. Let's breathe into these moments, learn from them, grow from them, and use them as a catalyst to love ourselves, then love others. https://www.breathworx614.com/ Katy Oberle Creative Katy Oberle is a licensed marriage and family therapist turned Creative Mindfulness Coach, and she’s also a singer/songwriter. She provides creative mindfulness programming to individuals, businesses, and organizations to help them manage stress, improve their relationships, lean into gratitude, and bring more joy and creativity into their lives so they can thrive at home, at work, and out in the world. Katy's presentations and workshops orient participants to the definition, purpose, and benefits of mindfulness as she invites attendees to think out-of-the-box (and off-of-the-meditation-cushion!) when it comes to their mindfulness practice. For example, mindfulness can look like: walking in the woods, listening to a song, saying grace before dinner, taking a yoga class, washing a dish, feeling the sun on your back, writing a poem, crafting, hugging your child, or petting your dog. Whenever we are engaging in an activity with intentionality and nonjudgmental present-moment awareness, we are practicing mindfulness. Mindfulness isn't just for monks. It doesn't have to "look" a certain way. You can bring more joy, focus, healing, and self-compassion into your life--and become better able to tolerate distress--simply by shifting where and how you are placing your attention. https://www.katyoberlecreative.com/
