Amy is a serial entrepreneur, Breathwork Detox facilitator, and wellness coach that is here to educate, inspire and help others break free and grow. Her own wellness journey began by becoming an international gold medal winning figure skater. (She even had her face on a Cheerio’s box nationally for a year). After this, she owned healthy food restaurants. She also led a team that built a commercial hydroponic veggie growing facility and created hydroponic growing programming in over 60 schools. These experiences developed the drive, determination, and devotion that is transmitted through her live breathwork workshops, virtual events, corporate events and private sessions. Her clients are heart-centered yogis, entrepreneurs and professionals who wish to break free, feel lighter, happier and gain more clarity in their life.
