BEST is a volunteer professional group of IBCLCs and CLCs, whose goal is to provide needed education and support for other lactation professionals across the state. BEST is a Birmingham based organization, serving lactation staff in the greater Birmingham area, as well as the Anniston-Gadsden area and Tuscaloosa. BEST is an arm of the Alabama Breastfeeding Committee.
