Erin Busk and Brandon Randall are co-chairs of OpportunIndy's Strategy #1, which focuses on finding community, evidence-based solutions for young Black males in the Juvenile Justice system and providing resources for their families. They are also a part of the Bloom Project Leadership team, a mentoring organization that works with young men between ages 12 and 18. Mr. Randall also serves as Community Liaison for Don't Sleep, a social justice organization that addresses equity concerns by deconstructing oppression now through solidarity, liberation, empowerment, equity, and perseverence.
