At the Boys & Girls Club of Elgin, it is our mission to be the leader in youth development programs by developing partnerships to produce positive outcomes for young people, families and communities. Affiliated with Boys & Girls Club of America, our Club is led locally by a dedicated team of professionals with expertise in youth development, business management and community outreach. With generous support from volunteers and donors, and through partnerships with local businesses, foundations and community programs, the Club is able to touch the lives of over 2,000 young people.
