In my business, I work with clients facing various challenges like stress, anxiety, eating disorders, pregnancy, aging, sports injuries, arthritis, diabetes, and weight loss. Together, we take a holistic approach to improve both mental and physical well-being. I draw inspiration from disciplines like yoga, Pilates, dance-fit, and functional training to help hundreds of clients overcome issues like lower back and knee pain through targeted rehabilitation exercises. My approach is all about building a new you. I've helped clients with back injuries regain their confidence and posture, focusing on core strength and lower back functionality. ?‍♀️ As an ante/postnatal trainer, I support women during pregnancy and post-birth, integrating specialized techniques into our sessions to strengthen the core and pelvic floor. I've also worked with older women, some returning to exercise and some brand new to it, addressing areas of injury and stiffness. With qualifications in low back pain management and GP referral exercise training, I guide clients at a gentle pace, helping them rebuild stamina and mobility. Witnessing women of all ages and stages regain their strength and confidence is truly inspiring. ? My ultimate goal is to motivate all my clients to incorporate fitness into their daily lives, with tailored exercises that they enjoy. I'm here to help you become healthier, happier, and fitter!
