BMINDS is dedicated to advancing the intersection of nutrition, mental health, and social equity. Guided by a commitment to community-engaged science, we aim to improve public health outcomes by investigating how dietary patterns influence neurobehaviors. Through community outreach via hands-on workshops, and evidence-based research, we work to make nutrition education accessible and impactful. The Lead Outreach Strategist for the 2025-26 year is Rania Khan, the lead organizer of this event, and can be contacted via rkhan8@binghamton.edu or @bingminds on Instagram.
