Dear AllEvents Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent booking of four tickets for the Bhoomi Trivedi Garba event in Houston, scheduled for August 31st, 2025. The reservation (total amount $112) was made through your platform at 11:40 AM on August 31st. Upon arrival at the venue, we were informed that the event had in fact been cancelled and rescheduled to September 7th. To my surprise, the organizers explicitly stated that they had no affiliation with AllEvents and that the postponement had already been announced prior to the time of my booking. This indicates a serious lapse in communication and transparency from your platform, which resulted in both financial and personal inconvenience. I was further instructed by the organizers to contact AllEvents directly for cancellation and refund. Accordingly, I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my booking and a full refund of $112.
