Bishop Sean F. Teal

Sean Teal was called and licensed to preach at age 13 in Richmond, California. Since age 15 he has traveled extensively throughout America and around the world preaching crusades, conventions, conferences and camp meetings.   Bishop Teal is the visionary of “Prayer Everywhere”, an international prayer movement. Every day Bishop Teal host the National Prayer Call, a devotional teleconference. He led the 120 Prayer Gathering, the largest weekly prayer gathering in Chattanooga, Tennessee and served as academic dean for the School of Prayer (Chattanooga).   He served as the senior minister of Friendship Central Community Church of Chattanooga, Tennessee from 1998 through 2012. He is the founder of Dominion Media Group. He serves as a spiritual counsel and apostolic covering for emerging ministries. He is an ordained bishop with Church of God (Cleveland, TN). He currently serves as Pastor at New Hope Baptist Church.   Bishop Teal is featured weekly on Daystar Television Network, Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), The Word Network and Black Entertainment Television (BET). He is the host of “ The Subject Bible Study”. Bishop Teal's unique and compelling preaching style and apostolic ministry is widely received throughout the Body of Christ in North America, Africa, Europe, India and the Middle East. The Encyclopedia of Modern Pentecostalism list him as one of the most influential preachers in America.   He has been a keynote speaker at such international Christian conferences as the General Assembly of the Church of God, National Baptist Congress of Christian Education, Pentecostal Conference of North American Keralites (PCNAK), General Assembly of Full Gospel Churches (India) and the General Assembly of New Testament Church of God (England).   He is a popular keynote speaker at colleges and universities such as Messenger Bible College and Seminary (Joplin, Mo.), Southern Adventist University (Collegedale, TN), and Lee University (Cleveland, TN).   Bishop Teal holds an earned and honorary doctoral degree in biblical-theological studies. He serves on the Board of Governors of the T.L. Lowery Global Foundation. Bishop Teal and First Lady Stephanie along with their three children reside in Hercules, California.
