Dr. Tracee MD is a board-certified general surgeon, fellowship trained in adult and pediatric burn and burn reconstruction (UNC Chapel Hill) and a Fellow of the American Burn Association. She’s founder of the Traumatic Skin Institute (TSI), and a national voice on healing leadership in medicine. With over a decade of clinical leadership experience, she champions holistic care — for both patients and physicians. In her journey outside of corporate medicine, she realized her ability to educate and succeed was hampered by her independence and lack of visibility. The retreat is the place to change the story and leave with the content that restores and reaches her goal.
