Hello Bay Area! We are Between the Strings — a project dedicated to building a cultural bridge between Guatemala and the United States. We provide musical instruments to children and youth in Guatemala, create cultural programs, and sponsor artist residencies for the community of El Remate, Petén. We are also developing a series of workshops in collaboration with Moving Roots and Mindful Circles, creating projects focused on overall well-being through art, mindfulness meditation, and cultural exchange.
