Could not buy ducks until 1 hr before race. Designated purchasing sites had no idea about ducks. Buyers were informed they could not keep the ducks they purchased unless they won. Parents allowed kids to jump in stream and steal ducks. Organizers were rude. Entire event was a disorganized fiasco and no winners were announced anywhere.
