The Office of Emergency Management’s (OEM) primary mission is to strengthen city resilience by incorporating a whole community approach in our daily operations. We do this internally by coordinating training and exercises of emergency operations with all City Departments and externally by providing all hazards public education and volunteer opportunities to businesses and residents in Bellevue.In a disaster, your family, neighbors, and friends may be your primary source of support and assistance. Preparedness is essential in building community resilience and ensuring Bellevue is able to recovery efficiently and effectively.
