Follow Belief Dynamics HypnotherapyMy Dynamic Mind & Body Workshops combine group discussions, cognitive reframing, and compassion-led coaching with hypnotherapy techniques to provide solution focused support that creates powerful change.In these 2-hour workshops for small groups of 6–8 people, we foster a collaborative environment, sharing experiences, insights, and challenges. Through expert facilitation and group discussion, we uncover practical strategies to carry into the group hypnotherapy session. Using gentle relaxation, visualisation, and subconscious reframing, attendees reflect on, and enhance, their own thoughts and motivations for positive change, creating a unique experience for each person. After a gentle ‘re-alerting,’ there’s time for discussion, personal reflection, and final words of inspiration, leaving you feeling centred, relaxed, and recharged.
