Bath Stop War’s common purpose is• to convince our fellow citizens and politicians of the inhumanity, futility and waste of war, campaigning against everything that will make war more likely or more devastating;• to promote policies, actions and a culture that will lead to disarmament, including nuclear disarmament;• to encourage non-violent approaches to conflict and the building of trust and co-operation between peoples, so providing the basis for peace that embraces economic justice, democratic politics and care for our planet.
