The kirtan was beautiful - Tracey led the calls, with Jill leading response and playing drums and Mark providing excellent effects with rattles, timpanis and shakers. The setting is wonderfully peaceful, though roads are just a bit rough gravel for the final 1-2 km. My only minor issue is that Tracey’s key is too high for me to match but too low for me to manage a full octave below - I know that it isn’t a “performance” and as chanting, it doesn’t matter; I just found it a bit challenging for me as a beginner. I’ll definitely go again though, really wonderful!
