Review for : Baithak: Open Poetry Gathering
Absolutely loved the Baithak session! It was filled with great poetry and what’s more essential was the dialogue i.e. charcha after every poem. The vibe and energy of the group was magical. The venue worked in alignment and added to the overall ambience. Looking forward to more Baithak events :)

Pilferage by Baithak is yet another level of upgrade in support of poets.. The beautiful gathering, the nomination of poets in multi languages honours everyone's craft and introduces non language speakers to amazing poetry and poets of other languages. The patrons also feel fulfilled in their roles of supporting artists and the artists also feel seen. A beautiful community indeed. More people should join and support their local artists

It was a wonderful gathering of artists. I truly appreciate the Baithak community. It's even better when there are lots of new poets to enrich the space.
Review for : Baithak: Open Poetry Gathering
Since 2017, Baithak has been an informal gathering where we read, share, and discuss poetry. You don't have to be a poet or an artist or well-read in literature, simply a love for words and verses is enough. What sets Baithak apart is conversation: we look to create dialogue and interaction between artists and their audience, making sure that people do not simply 'perform' but also speak. We have two more types of sessions along with our titular specialty, namely the Baithak Classroom and Poetry Workshops. The Baithak Classroom aims to bring literary critique and analysis into the common public sphere. Our sessions seek to elaborate on poems across all languages, conducted by teachers/knowledgeable scholars. The Baithak Poetry Workshop makes its participants reimagine writing, approach it from different perspectives, and give a direction each one's flow of thought.
