B3 is a wellness center in Crest Hill, IL. We are a family-owned establishment and we opened in 2020. We provide our community with physical, mental, and spiritual support through yoga philosophy and practice, counseling and art therapy, and hair and scalp therapies. We love connecting with our community and offering unique workshops and events to support the well-being of our community members.
