“Brian Dolbow founded B & Dee’s Baltimore Love in memory of his dear friend, Demetrios Mallisham, who passed away in 2016. Demetrios, while working as the mayoral Neighborhood Liaison and the liaison to the LGBT communities during both Mayors’ Dixon’s and Rawlings -Blake’s terms, touched the lives and hearts of many people across this city; and it is our mission to continue his wonderful and important work”.Our mission: to provide help and resources to those experiencing poverty and homelessness in Baltimore City.Our goals:1.
