Established in 2018, August Rose Health Center is a licensed and CARF-accredited mental health and wellness organization in Maryland. We offer outpatient counseling, psychiatric medication management, and a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for children (5+), adolescents, and adults. Our mission is to provide accessible, culturally responsive behavioral health services with compassion, respect, and dignity, promoting recovery and community inclusion for all.
