Follow Art of OpeningI teach Qigong, Release work, and Movement! My mission is to help people feel comfortable and confident in the body and easeful in the mind. Coming from a background of physical therapy and stretching, I now mainly work with Qigong, Tai Chi and Meditation as ways of regaining comfort in the body. I find these to be effective and enjoyable practices that create a sense of connectedness for everyone who engages.
