Alice Larson Scott is a writer, director, teacher, and actor based in Kansas City. Together, Joshua and Alice founded Art House 808, a community center for the arts in Grandview, Missouri, where they nurture creativity and support local artistsWe love to create and we love community. After years of wondering what it would be like to open an arts space in our home town, we decided to do it.Our vision for the future is to create a space that not only nurtures individual creativity but also contributes to the broader revitalization of Grandview. We believe that art has the power to transform communities in a positive and sustainable way.
