aProCh (a Protagonist in every Child) is a community-based initiative started under Riverside Education Foundation that has been striving since 2007 to create CHILD & Community FRIENDLY CITIES in order to give children real childhood and strengthen communities that foster the happy, joyful memories of childhood and healthy, happy environment for all. Vision: Every child deserves a childhood. Mission: Provide safe, inclusive and joyful environments for children to express themselves and become protagonists for positive change. aProCh under its umbrella runs different initiatives that provide various avenues for children to explore the joys of childhood with curiosity and creativity. aProCh has been accepted as a Smart goal by the United Nations that aligns to SDGs. aProCh is also recipient of Ashoka Fellowship, Amex Serve2gather pro-bono consultancy, FT/Citi urban ingenuity Asia pacific first runner up, finalist of Real Play City Challenge, winner of ‘Right to Play’ award by International Play Association and Innovation Award by Smart Cities World Congress Expo and recognized by UN under DESA and many articles on its name.
