Hi, I’m Anny!I’m a lifelong hairdresser, salon owner, and educator, and I created Pricing Isn’t Personal to help service providers take the stress out of pricing.After years of trial and error - building my business from scratch, mentoring stylists, and navigating my own pricing challenges - I developed a simple, sustainable system that boosts both confidence and profit.Today, I lead a talented team at Be Rosie Salon, which I opened in 2018. Over the years, I’ve worked as an employee, chair renter, studio suite owner, and now, a salon owner. I’ve seen our industry from all angles, and I’m passionate about using that experience to help other service professionals thrive.I believe pricing should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
