Anne LaFrinier-Ritchie is currently the West Central Minnesota Regional Navigator out of Someplace Safe. She is a current fellow for the Human Trafficking Leadership Academy’s Cohort 5, where she all 11 other professionals across the US have worked on the project question of how culture can be used as a protective factor against Native youth. Anne has been in the anti-trafficking field for about 3.5 years, and has worked with Native Communities for 10 years.
