I am a yoga teacher and sound healer with over 30 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching experience. I offer traditional yoga, yin yoga, and chair yoga, with classes that integrate breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation.My approach is gentle, accessible, and inclusive—supporting complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
