Traditional Mexican dance is the focus of Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico, the oldest ballet folklorico in Dallas TX. The company is named after former city council woman Anita N. Martinez, who spearheaded the development of the recreation center that is located in West Dallas. The professional adult and youth companies tour the DFW Metroplex presenting the art of hispanic culture through dance.
