I integrate knowledge of decolonial psychology, spiritual concepts, and energy work to elucidate subconscious patterns holding clients back, empowering them to overcome them and move towards more authentic and fulfilling lives.I'm a late-diagnosed neurodivergent narcissistic abuse survivor with an immense passion in the intersection of science, spirituality, and social justice, and a budding interest in therapeutic shamanism. I have a strong academic background but am trying to shift societal focus from patriarchally prescribed numbers to heart-centred living and balancing logic with intuition. I'm a fierce advocate for the sacred use of plant medicines, reintegration of soulful native wisdom, and both practical and ideological decolonisation.
