The Inner Mind is a private practice that offers psychotherapy services for children, adolescents and young adults in the greater Katy, TX area. We provide home-based counseling that make it more accessible and comfortable for clients. We specialize in concerns related to mood, anxiety, self-esteem, adjustment, relationships, behavior, stress and childhood trauma. Since we are person centered, our focus is our clients and not labels. Our approach is to help clients balance the mind by exploring and challenging their thoughts. By this, clients will learn to conquer ‘Mind Over Matter.’
