Amber Saba | Co-Founder, M\M FoundationAmber Saba is the co-founder of the M\M Foundation, alongside her husband Rick Saba and their longtime business partner, Dustin. The foundation was created in loving memory of her brother-in-law, and best friend, Matt, and Dustin's brother Mike, whose lives and loss inspired a mission to break the silence around mental health and suicide, especially among men.Amber is also a mom, small business owner, and advocate for vulnerability, connection, and purpose. She has dedicated her career to serving as the Chief Heart Officer of her company, leading with empathy and creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and seen Through events like the M\M Foundation sporting clay tournament, she and her team are building a movement that honors those we’ve lost while reaching those who still need to be seen, heard, and reminded that their story isn't over.
