Amanda earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in Planning and Community Development, Magna Cum Laude. She is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council and holds a certificate in Economic Development from Hamline University. Amanda holds membership with the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and Economic Development Association of Minnesota (EDAM).
