Founded in 2010, AlphaMemphis consists of the two oldest African American male and female Greek lettered organizations in the United States. Our goal is to provide the ultimate HBCU tailgate party experience during the Annual Southern Heritage Classic Weekend held in September. In the past, the Southern Heritage Classic has drawn over 50,000 people and contributed millions of economic revenue into the city of Memphis. By participating as a sponsor, your business will have the opportunity to be prominently displayed and mentioned before thousands of people of diverse socio-economic incomes over the weekend at various AlphaMemphis tailgate events, such as Thursday VIP private reception at a disclosed location, Friday’s daytime meet and greet and Saturday’s tailgate party on Tiger Lane.
