Alpha Kappa Alpha Foundation of Detroit (AKAFD), a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, is the fundraising entity of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Alpha Rho Omega Chapter. AKAFD was established in 1991 to provide service to the community.
