Hello there! I am Georgette, the Founder and CEO of Algo Mas HR & Training here in Palm Beach County. I started this company because of my background in Human Resources to help companies engage, develop and retain their talent through a lens of Employee Experience.We host events throughout the county locally as well as virtually in order to be accessible to as many business leaders as we can. Our goal is to teach leaders how to create environments and experiences where their team members feel seen, heard, recognized and valued.
