Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.Before entering the consulting industry, I spent 16 years in public education, teaching business and technology followed by a career in real estate. My journey began as the first generation in my family to be born in the United States. My parents, who are from Mexico, instilled in me the values of hard work and perseverance.As a former migrant worker, I spent many summers in the sugar beet fields of Powell, Wyoming. Those experiences shaped my work ethic and deepened my appreciation for the opportunities I've had. I earned a degree in Business Administration and had the privilege of expanding my horizons through a study abroad program in Luneburg, Germany.Family is at the heart of everything I do. I'm married to Noemi, and together we have two wonderful sons, AJ and Diego. My diverse background has given me a unique perspective, and I bring that authenticity and dedication to my work in consulting.
