A wellness and reflection-based community centered on first/eldest/parentified daughters—and those who identify with the role of providing emotional labor and care within their families and communities. Through thoughtfully designed tools and facilitated gatherings, we create spaces for rest, reflection, and intentional connection, offering caregivers and “big sisters” an opportunity to set the load down.
