Alameda CTC & Caltrans

The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) is the agency responsible for construction and worked closely with the cities of Berkeley and Albany to deliver the project. The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is the lead agency and is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. This project was funded by local and state tax revenue as well as funds from East Bay Mud and the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.
